Glass Lined AE Reactors

Glass Lined AE Reactors

AE REACTORS: Flange-Type Glass-Lined Reactors

AE Reactors, also known as Flange-Type Glass-Lined Reactors, are specially designed for various chemical and industrial processes. These reactors feature flanges at the top of the vessel, facilitating ease of maintenance and versatility. The flanged design allows for easy access to the interior, making tasks such as cleaning, inspection, and repairs more efficient. Additionally, the top flanges enable the integration of accessories and modifications to suit specific process requirements, making these reactors highly versatile.

Manufacturing Excellence

Our reactors are designed and constructed per ASME Section VIII, with equipment dimensions as per DIN 28136. All fabrication is tested according to ASME Section IX, and glass lining is tested per ISO/DIN 28136. We ensure that our materials and consumables adhere to ASME Section II standards. Our facilities are accredited with ISO 9001, 14000, and 45000 certifications and approved with ASME U & R stamps.
