Glass Lined CE Reactors

Glass Lined CE Reactors

CE REACTORS: Monoblock Pressure Vessels

Monoblock pressure vessels are a specialised type of pressure vessel designed as a single, integrated unit. Unlike traditional pressure vessels, which consist of multiple welded or bolted components, Monoblock pressure vessels are manufactured as a single unit with a center opening cover. This seamless construction offers enhanced strength, durability, and a reduced risk of leakage, making them ideal for high-demand applications.

Manufacturing Excellence

Our reactors are designed and constructed per ASME Section VIII, with equipment dimensions as per DIN 28136. All fabrication is tested according to ASME Section IX, and glass lining is tested per ISO/DIN 28136. We ensure that our materials and consumables adhere to ASME Section II standards. Our facilities are accredited with ISO 9001, 14000, and 45000 certifications and approved with ASME U & R stamps.
